Comparison of cytokine production in blood samples of LPS or Vehicle treated three DBA/2 stocks. Serum samples were harvested at late time point (20 h). The protein levels of cytokine (TNF-α and IL-6) were measured by ELISA. The protein levels of cytokine (TNF-α and IL-6) were evaluated among DBA/2Korl (a), DBA/2A (b), and DBA/2B (c) mice after exposure to indicated concentration of LPS or Vehicle.
