Histopathological structures of the mid colon in Lm + Pt treated SD rats. A Histopathological images. Alterations on the tissue sections stained with H&E solution were observed at 40× (left column) and 400× (right column) using an light microscope. B Value of histopathological parameters. Leica Application Suite was used to determine these values. The H&E stained tissue sections were prepared from four to six rats per group, and parameters for the histopathological parameters on the mid colon was analyzed in duplicate. All values in results are represented as the means ± standard deviation (SD). *Indicated statically significance compared to the No treated SD rats, while # indicated statically significance compared to the Lm + Vehicle treated SD rtas.
