Expression of the inflammatory cytokines in Lm + Pt treated SD rats. The transcripts levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-13, and IL-4 genes were measured by RT-qPCR analyses. The mRNA level of each gene was determined based on the level of β-actin mRNA. The total RNA extracts were prepared from four to six rats per group, and RT-qPCR analyses for each sample was analyzed in duplicate. All values in results are represented as the means ± standard deviation (SD). *Indicated statically significance compared to the No treated SD rats, while # indicated statically significance compared to the Lm + Vehicle treated SD rats.
