From: Comparison of immunophenotypes between Rag2 knockout mice derived from two different sources
FACS analysis of Tc cells in the thymus of Rag2/Korl and Rag2/J KO mice. The total cells were isolated from the thymus and stained with anti-CD3 and anti-CD8 antibodies, as described in the materials and methods. The distributions of the double negative (DN), single positive (SP), and double positive (DP) cell populations were analyzed by flow cytometry. Three to five mice per group were used in the preparation and staining of the total thymus cells, and the distribution of the cell population was analyzed in duplicates.
