Evaluation of MB49 cell colony formation after exposure to TPG (25 and 50%) for 24 h, followed by replating with DMEM for 48 h. Cells grown in the absence of TPG were considered a control. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM and values with p < 0.05 were considered significant after analysis with the one-way ANOVA test and Tukey`s test for post-hoc analysis.
