Histopathological structures in the GI tract of NSE-hαSyn Tg mice. H&E-stained sections of the GI tract were observed at 200x magnification using an optical microscope. The degree of histopathological changes in the retina tissue was measured using an Image J program. The H&E-stained slides were prepared from three to five mice per group, the histopathological parameter analyses were analyzed twice for each sample.
