IL-4C enhances CD8 T cell accumulation and CXCR3 and Eomes expression in CD8 T cells. On day 5 after influenza infection, lymphocytes were harvested from the lungs, peribronchial lymph nodes (LNs), and spleens, and CD8 T cells were analyzed via flow cytometry.
